TradingOS is a trading infrastructure platform developed by Transaction Science, Inc. The platform provides institutional-grade matching engines, risk management, settlement, and market surveillance modules as a service. TradingOS is infrastructure — not a broker, exchange, or trading venue. Our customers hold the regulatory licenses required for their operations. Access to specific platform modules is governed by separate product agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and documentation on this website are the exclusive property of Transaction Science, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use any automated system to access our services in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software made available through our services
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

TradingOS provides trading infrastructure technology. Transaction Science is not a registered broker-dealer, exchange, alternative trading system (ATS), or investment advisor. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide financial advice. All regulatory obligations remain with the licensed operator using TradingOS infrastructure.
